Communications Coordinator & Producer, School of System Change

Background

I’m a Scottish systems practitioner, freelance content marketer, and MSc Social Innovation graduate based in Edinburgh. In 2019, I co-founded Sustainable Fashion Scotland, a community-led nonprofit exploring through practice how communities can take collective action to create place-based sustainable transformations. My curiosity is sparked by network weaving, relationships, care, community, activism burnout, and queerness/queering. I try to weave hope, joy, kindness, and equity into everything I do. Currently, I am primarily contributing to a thriving world as Communications Coordinator & Producer at the School of System Change.

My dream project

I enjoy projects where I feel I am making a meaningful contribution to a positive social mission. I like working across different types of projects to expand my awareness and experience - projects where my learning edges can stretch while being supported.

What floats my boat outside work?

I enjoy trying and learning new things, meeting people and exploring places. Right now I'm into acroyoga, learning to DJ, sea swimming, tarot, cooking, ashtanga yoga, poetry and writing, calisthenics, board games, and being in nature.
