Divya Bharti

Drawing inspiration from my father's work, I have always wanted to build a career that can help me contribute meaningfully to society. During my undergraduate studies, I was introduced to subjects like waste management, climate change, green-building, nature-based solutions, and sustainable development. This sparked a deep interest in integrating social impact with sustainability, which has since guided my professional journey as a budding development professional. My passion for the sustainability sector motivated me to join Forum, whose vision for a just and regenerative future aligns perfectly with my aspiration to work on transformative approaches like circularity, sustainable development, and systems thinking.  

Before joining Forum, I have worked as a consultant in the public policy sector managing and implementing projects across various domains on government missions - Mission Ankur, Smart Cities Mission, and Odisha Liveable Habitat Mission. My roles have consistently involved working in multi-stakeholder environments and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects. The opportunity to shape meaningful initiatives and work with diverse groups towards a common goal has been incredibly fulfilling and drives me to keep working for positive change. 

I am grateful to be part of Forum, where I can contribute to projects that embody these principles and drive systemic change towards a more inclusive and equitable world.
